Payment Options

Dulu Kala accepts online payments through Online Banking via Billplz and Bank Transfer. In the event of any issues with your order, we will contact you via email. Upon a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique 4-digit order number, such as #1234.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the general terms of sale stated on this site, including the privacy policy and return policy.

Purchase Cancellation

Dulu Kala reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. If a cancellation occurs, we will notify you via email within two (2) business days, providing the reason for the cancellation.

Shipping Process

We process orders for shipping every day before 12 PM (GMT+8), except on Malaysian public holidays. Please stay updated with our social media platforms for further information.

Domestic Shipping within Malaysia

For shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia), we dispatch orders from Terengganu using J&T Express & Flash Express. Shipping charges are based on the quantity of items purchased.

Tracking Information

Once your purchase is completed and the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can also check your shipment’s status at any time by logging in to the official tracking webpage of Pos Laju and Flash Express using your tracking number.

Non-receipt of Parcel

If you do not receive your parcel within 14 working days after receiving the email with your tracking information, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue promptly.
